Geoffrey Williams is a Research Economist with the firm. He is presently completing the requirements for a Ph.D. in economics at Rutgers University. He specializes in applied microeconomics, and he is currently working on a paper on crime.
Mr. Williams administered Africa House at New York University with Professors William Easterly and Yaw Nyarko. Prior to that, he worked for several years as an independent consultant, to a number of organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, and Allen & Co. He has a bachelor's degree from New York University, and an MBA "with distinction" from the Wharton School.
